*Jeff was constantly drunk . In high school he would smuggle bottles of whiskey into his locker . He was also kicked out of the army for his labilitating alcoholism.

*Jeff easily lured in his victims because he was conventionally attractive. So his victims would happily follow him home . Probably expecting sex but no, murders coming instead. 

*Jeffery and one of his victims actually faced the law and didn’t get caught . One of his victims was found wondering in the streets with a botched labotomy wound. The police found him and Dahmer caught up with them and convinced them that the boy was his lover . And they had a bit of a domestic but all was fine. The police even walked Dahmer to the fucking front DOOR!! If they just would’ve took a few steps inside his kitchen they would see the head of another victim.
