This is "Jeff The Killer" when this picture first surfaced under a creepy pasta story everyone was trying to figure where the heck this guy came from! I don't blame them hes intriguing. A bunch of lore surrounding this guy started popping up like bad zits . One story was that if you look at this picture of ol' jeffy here he will kill you . For no other reason than , he likes to kill. That's awfully boring. Turns out this is just a marketing campgain for the saw movies. I can totally see the resemblance .
