CHILD HOOD

Carls childhood was complete garbage he was born in 1891 to a family of German immagrants. They were a family of dirt famers...yes that is correct they farmed dirt im so serious. I'll link some articles on dirt farming below . Any ways , he grew up in rural Minesota . He went to school for 8hrs came home and helped with the farm , but only slept for 2 to 3 hours a night . This had a very rough psychological toll on Carl .

HEAD TRAUMA

When Carl was very young he had an at home surgery to fix an ear infection . Since his family was very poor and could only pay in actual dirt and its the freaking 1890s , THE SURGERY WAS BOTCHED! I belive that this is what lead to his head trauma . After Carl was reported to overcome with uncontrolable rage .

ARREST

Carls first arrest was at age eight for public intoxication. Once again he was eight let that soak in nicely. Carls 2nd arrest was at age 11 for stealing apples and a gun.

LIFE AT RED WING

After his apple and gun stealing he was sent to a boys reformatory called REDWING. The mindset behind redwing was beat them till they belive in god. There was a facility at redwing called the paint shop. If you are thinking that its anything like micheals ha no. It was caalled the paint shop because when they left they would be painted black and blue ... with bruises. There were many forms of torture in the paint shop the most well known being ,

~the supervisers would spin it as hard as they coud and the boys would be hit over and over again.
